Mental Health Services

Boynton Mental Health Clinic is now offering both in-person and telehealth appointments for counseling/therapy and medication management for students. If you would like to be seen in person, please speak with your current provider (if already in care) or with your Brief Consultation specialist (for students who are initiating care for the first time).  The Mental Health Clinic is also available for in-person crisis appointments. Boynton is offering several groups virtually. Students can schedule appointments by calling 612-624-1444 or may contact their provider through the secure MyBoynton patient portal. Boynton Health is also seeing patients for physical health needs in person and virtually.

Student Counseling Services (SCS) has added several more resources to those already available online prior to the pandemic. These can be useful options for students who may benefit from information and support, but who may necessarily not need ongoing counseling services. We encourage students to check out the self-help options, Learn to Live, Safe Campus, Effective U, Mindfulness Resources, and additional online resources for BIPOC students, which are available anytime.

SCS also offers a variety of individual counseling, group counseling, group affinity spaces,  workshops, academic coaching and academic skills courses. Some offerings are available with an in person option, others are offered virtually. Visit our website to learn more about current offerings and how to get started.
