- Breakfast with the Vice Provost: Join Jerry Rinehart, Vice Provost for Student Affairs and Committee Sponsor for bagels, coffee and other breakfast treats. RM 109 Appleby Hall. Don’t forget to pick up your Resource Bingo Game Card (download PDF).
1:30 to 3:30 PM
- Coffee Klatch for Undergrads 26 and Older: Are you closer in age to your professors than your class mates? Come have coffee with student peers who have been eligible to vote in more than one election…the first cup’s on us!!! the Purple Onion Café, 1301 University Avenue, Dinkytown. Hosted by undergraduate student committee member and non-traditional student, Anne Daniels.

- Open House at the Student Parent HELP Center. Take a study break for cider and donuts in the SPHC. Meet your fellow Moms and Dads, learn about resources for undergraduate students with children, RM 24 Appleby Hall.

- The Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence invites all First Generation College Students to join them for pizza and beverages. Learn about MCAE’s computer lab, tutoring and other services, build community with First Gen peers. RM 101 Walter Library
6 PM to 9 PM
- Free Family Swim Night at the Rec Center/Cooke Pool 10: Open Family Swim Night, FREE for Student Parents, their children and other family members. Learn about the U’s learn to swim programs. Check in at the Rec Center front desk, main entrance.

- Lunch at the Veteran’s Transition Center: Meet your fellow Veteran Students. Chat with fellow Vets, relax in the VTC lounge, learn about available services. Hosted by the VTC, 302 Westbrook Hall

- St. Paul Campus Coffee Klatch for All St Paul Campus Non-Traditional Students: Join hosts and committee members Anne Daniels and Jane Delehanty, meet your Non-traditional peers and have a cup of coffee on us. Lori’s Coffee House, SPC, 1441 Cleveland Ave, St. Paul (near the SP Student Center).

(Hint: Some are hosting the events listed above). All
completed game cards must be submitted to the front desk of the
Student Parent HELP Center, RM 24 Appleby Hall, by 3PM Friday,
November 6, 2009. Drawing will be held the same day and winners will
be notified the following week. Winners do not have to be present for
drawing to win. Review Resource Bingo Game Card for details.
All members of the U of MN campus community are welcome to attend these events, though we are extending a special, direct invitation to all non-traditional, undergraduate students.
