Purpose

To provide advice to the Vice Provost for Student Affairs regarding the out-of-classroom student experience, and to provide a forum for students to discuss concerns or issues which impact the student experience. The Advisory Board will have the opportunity to discuss the results of various surveys which address the student experience and identify ways to address areas of concern. From time to time the Advisory Board may serve as a consultative body for units within OSA, as well as others throughout the University who are seeking a student viewpoint on a matter of interest. Consultation with the Advisory Board may take place via electronic means in addition to during in-person meetings.

Meetings

The Advisory Board will be convened monthly during the academic year by the Vice Provost, or their designee.
